Cuvposa is an anticholinergic medication indicated for the treatment of chronic drooling in pediatric patients with conditions such as cerebral palsy. It is administered as an oral solution and is available by prescription only. Patients are advised to be cautious as Cuvposa may cause increased heart rate and should not be used in individuals with glaucoma or urinary retention.

What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Cuvposa, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose. This information is provided in the Patient Counseling Information section of the label.
Can I take Cuvposa while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The use of Cuvposa during pregnancy should be discussed with your healthcare provider, as it is not known whether it can harm an unborn baby. It is also not known if glycopyrronium passes into breast milk, so breastfeeding mothers should consult their healthcare provider before using Cuvposa. How should I store Cuvposa?
Cuvposa should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep the medication in its original container and out of reach of children. This storage information is specified in the Storage section of the label.
