Description
Bystolic is a beta-blocker that is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It is taken as an oral tablet and is available by prescription only. Interactions
- Other antihypertensive agents: May enhance the hypotensive effect of nebivolol. Monitor blood pressure and adjust the dose of nebivolol as necessary.
- Digoxin: Co-administration may increase digoxin levels. Monitor digoxin levels and adjust dosage if needed.
