FAQs about Revatio
What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose of Revatio, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose. This information is provided in the Patient Counseling Information section of the label.
Can I take Revatio while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The use of Revatio during pregnancy is not recommended, as it is not known whether it can harm an unborn baby. If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare provider. It is unclear if sildenafil passes into breast milk, so breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before using Revatio.
How should I store Revatio?
Revatio should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep the medication in its original container and out of reach of children. Proper storage helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication, as stated in the storage instructions on the label.
